To insure that the aircraft purchase proceeds as safely as possible, it is usually carried out by recognized fiduciaries. This means you first deposit the amount of the sale with a fiduciary, who in turn pays the dealer when all conditions of the sales contract have been met. In addition it must be determined that the aircraft is free from third party claims, such as claims deriving from the financing or shareholding relationships.These are subtracted from the purchase price by the fiduciary and thus resolved.
